The Royals believe they have a right to everything. They want all the land, and they're prepared to sacrifice the Low-Levels to do it, although as soon as a heirarchy comes in danger they instantly come more onto guard; they believe strongly in Ranks and differences, and that those who do not believe in their ways should be punished. The personality of the Alpha greatly effects the Feel of the Pack; vicious Alpha, grumpy Pack, kind Alpha, gentler pack. And everyone knows who that Alpha is - from a dire young age pups are taught the ways of the pack, and that Rebels are bad and should be fought, and that the Alpha is good and kind and strong.
But at the same time the members are friendly and warm. There's always someone to chat to on this side of the mountain, and you're never alone, which isn't always that good...
Basically, they're warm and semi-friendly, but ready to turn at the flick of a claw, and they're deadly vicious to strangers...
